Most strategies don’t fail because the thinking was wrong. They fail in the handoffs where ambition is supposed to become action, and doesn’t.
In my experience, that happens in one of three places: the priorities were never really agreed, the plan for delivering them was never really built, or the teams doing the work were never really brought along.
We work across all three.
01
For when the strategy exists but isn’t yet a decision. I work with you and your leadership team to test the strategy, surface the real priorities, and get everyone genuinely aligned on what matters most.
Good for:
Leadership teams with a strategy on paper that hasn’t yet become a shared, working understanding.
02
For when you know the priorities but not the path. I build out the concrete plan for turning strategic priorities into delivered value — sequencing, ownership, dependencies, and the trade-offs.
Good for:
Organisations ready to move from “we’ve agreed the strategy” to “here’s how we’re actually doing it.”
03
For when the plan exists, I help leaders communicate the strategy so it lands and every team can articulate what the organisation is trying to achieve and see exactly how their work contributes to it.
Good for:
Organisations where strategy sits at the top and struggles to reach the teams doing the work.
Firstly, you get me — always. I am only supported by a small group of experienced individuals if you need it.
Secondly, I work closely with you and your team.
We start by getting to know your business, then testing strategic clarity and delivery planning through a 1-2 day workshop. That’s a lot squeezed into 2 days — but I know your time is valuable and I always look to maximise the effectiveness of our time together.
In those workshops, I use a logical, step-by-step approach to move from strategy through to delivery planning. This means you get the right answers and your team understands how it all ties together.
Finally, I use these outputs to create bespoke comms and engagement plans to align teams and other stakeholders to your strategy.
No business is the same, and the outputs are unique to you. But by using a tried-and-tested approach that has worked before, you know that you will get the answers you need.
